We provide corporate-level real estate advice to organisations and investors with substantial property portfolios, often where real estate is not the organisation's primary focus. The work is shaped by first-hand experience of managing real estate within large organisations, including responsibility for portfolio strategy, governance, financial alignment and delivery at senior level.

Advice focuses on how real estate is prioritised and governed at executive and board level, and on putting in place clear frameworks that guide planning and decision-making. That includes working through the harder questions that often sit at the intersection of property and corporate strategy: how a portfolio should evolve alongside a changing business, how governance structures hold up under scrutiny, and how financial performance is measured and reported in a way that reflects organisational objectives as much as asset-level returns.

Transactional work, including complex and cross-border disposals and restructurings, is approached within the same strategic and governance-led framework. Execution is handled to the same standard as the advisory work that precedes it, with the strategic context maintained throughout.
